The Bottom Line
MedX Pharmacy in Dubai Investment Park is more than a medicine counter. Reviews make it especially relevant for sports nutrition, food supplements, protein products and fitness snacks, with staff often explaining product benefits rather than simply pointing you to a shelf. Customers also describe a broad product range that includes medicines and cosmetics.
Delivery is a real strength in the reviews. An urgent online order was checked through WhatsApp and reached a customer at Legoland Hotel within an hour without a delivery charge. In another case, when one branch had run out, a driver collected the item from another pharmacy across Dubai and delivered it the same day.
One review also reports home delivery up to 2am, so it may be worth asking about late-night availability. There is one practical caution: a customer reported being charged 50 dhs more for protein than the same MedX listing on InstaShop, and another item scanned above its printed label price. Compare the online and shelf prices before paying, particularly for supplements.
For insurance-related vitamins, the reviews suggest the team may help gather and submit the required documents.
