Tips for a Better Visit
Check delivery. If ordering online, confirm the delivery date and allow extra time; one buyer reported a wait of more than five days.
Inspect accessories. Check every included accessory at delivery, especially stands, bags and cleaning items, before accepting the order.
Check returns. Ask about the return window before buying; one Pioneer buyer was held to a seven-day exchange and return policy.
Set budget. For guitars below AED 300–400, check availability first or consider another shop, as two reviews found no options at that level.
Get repair scope. Before paying an inspection fee for piano repair, ask what the inspection and quote will cover and whether repair is feasible.

The Bottom Line
Melodica Music Store in Naif is both an instrument retailer and a place for music lessons. You can browse guitars, pianos, violins, saxophones and drums, with reviews especially noting the large guitar selection and many Ibanez models. Piano lessons and guitar lessons also receive warm feedback, including praise for patient teaching and a welcoming setting for children.
The in-store experience is not uniform, but several shoppers describe helpful advice when choosing an instrument. One parent said staff suggested suitable guitar options for a seven-year-old, while another review praised the range from beginner to more advanced Ibanez models. Named products mentioned by customers include the Yamaha U1H upright piano, Steinway & Sons upright pianos and DJM-A9 equipment.
Online buying and after-sales support need more caution. Reviews describe delayed deliveries, missed promised dates, unanswered WhatsApp messages, missing accessories and incorrect replacement items. A drum-kit review says delivery can take more than five days.
Budget guitar shoppers should also check first: two customers said they could not find guitars under AED 300–400. Before a significant purchase, confirm stock, inspect the instrument and accessories on arrival, and clarify the return policy and repair coverage in writing.
