Protect surprises. For a surprise delivery, confirm the recipient will not be called and recheck the delivery window.
Use WhatsApp. WhatsApp is a practical ordering route; a customer found the shop easy to communicate with there.
Ask early. For harder-to-find flowers, ask as soon as possible; a last-minute calla lilies order was fulfilled successfully.
State details. Give the occasion and preferred flower type, then let the team handle the arrangement.
Allow time. Although one bouquet was prepared in 10 minutes, allow extra time for important or timed deliveries.

The Bottom Line
Mercury Flowers Trading LLC is a flower-delivery and online fresh-flower shop in Oud Metha. Reviews point to occasion bouquets, custom flower arrangements and gift orders as the main reasons to consider it. Customers have also used the shop for gatherings and a funeral arrangement that included delivery and equipment pickup from a nearby church.
The shop is useful when you need something specific. One customer asked for white flowers with a good fragrance and received help choosing them, while another secured a last-minute order of calla lilies, which can be difficult to find. A separate review says a bouquet was prepared in 10 minutes.
Ordering through WhatsApp is another practical option, especially if you want to explain the occasion and flower type before the team designs the arrangement. Pricing is repeatedly described as affordable or good value, though no review gives a precise amount. There are a few delivery cautions.
One bouquet arrived without water and had very dry stems, and a Valentine’s Day order booked for 10am–2pm arrived around 6pm after unanswered calls and messages. If the delivery is a surprise, confirm who will be contacted: one recipient was called for directions, which spoiled the surprise.
