Gift wrapping received specific praise for being beautifully done and adding a special touch.
Cosmetics display

Tips for a Better Visit
Keep invoices. Retain the invoice for electronics and other purchases: one customer said a faulty karaoke mic was not exchanged without it.
Test electronics. Check charging before relying on a device for travel; a karaoke mic worked only once for one customer.
Check checkout. Compare the shelf label with the scanned price before paying, since one review reports a mismatch at checkout.
Ask early. If you want gift wrapping, ask before joining the queue and confirm it is available, as one customer was refused during a busy period.
Browse carefully. Look over items before leaving the counter; one customer said a damaged item was placed in the bag.
Seek value. The range is broad, but one long-time shopper advises searching the shelves for value deals rather than assuming every item is the best buy.

The Bottom Line
MINISO in Al Mankhool is a browse-friendly gift shop for affordable everyday finds and small presents. Reviews specifically mention miniature toys, cosmetics, children’s toys, electronics and gift essentials, so it suits both quick practical shopping and the kind of unplanned “just one more thing” visit that can happen in this sort of store. The cosmetics section is praised for its attractive display, while other shoppers mention soft stuffed toys, pillows, figurines and colourful stationery.
The store is also described as clean and organised, with a wide product range that changes often enough to keep repeat visitors looking around. Gift wrapping is a useful extra when available, and several reviews praise the finished wrapping. Service is usually described as patient and helpful, including assistance with skincare choices, refunds and lost property.
There are exceptions worth noting: reviews report a faulty karaoke mic that was not exchanged without an invoice, a checkout price discrepancy and a damaged item dispute. Check electronics before travelling, keep your receipt, and compare shelf prices at checkout. If you need gift wrapping, ask early and confirm it is available, especially when the shop is busy.
