The Bottom Line
Mouhajer International Design and Contracting is an interior design and contracting firm in Downtown Dubai. Reviews point to two especially useful reasons to consider it: it takes on luxury villa renovations and can handle fitout work, rather than stopping at concepts. Customers also mention modern, stylish homes and creative design solutions.
The strongest practical feedback is about the process. One villa-renovation client described excellent communication, guidance through decisions and help avoiding potential issues. Another reviewer praised the speed of implementation while maintaining quality.
For furniture, customers say ideas can be customised, while separate reviews mention impressive furniture and furnishing solutions. Landscape design also appears in the feedback, with one reviewer noting a deep understanding of both interior and landscape designing. There is one clear budget caution: the villa-renovation review says the investment is “certainly on the higher end”.
That client still considered the quality, professionalism and result worthwhile, but you should ask for a detailed scope and quotation before committing. If you are comparing designers, request the available design options and clarify how fitout and custom furniture would be handled; reviews specifically mention multiple design options, quality fitout and bespoke furniture work. The company’s review history is broadly positive, but many comments are short, so the detailed villa-renovation account is the most useful guide to expectations.
