The Bottom Line
Multi Star is a practical print shop in Al Karama for everyday documents and business print work. Customers mention business cards, flyers, booklets, roll-up stands and book binding, so it can cover both a quick paperwork job and more presentation-focused material. Speed is a recurring strength.
Reviews describe prompt delivery, including an urgent production completed on the same day and paperwork delivered to a customer. A separate 320-page order was handled with a personal confirmation call, which is useful when a small formatting or quantity error could affect a large batch. Document printing is also described as low-cost and quick by regular customers.
Pricing feedback is mostly favourable, with several reviewers calling rates reasonable. One customer compared quotes from AED 400 to AED 1,200 before receiving an offer of about AED 200 for around 320 printed pages. That is a customer-reported example, not a current tariff.
Another reviewer, however, said a phone quote increased fivefold after a 25-kilometre journey, so confirm the final price before setting off. Most reviews describe friendly, professional service, but one recent account reports unanswered messages and waiting in the shop. For urgent or sizeable work, call ahead and confirm the specifications and quote in writing.
