Tips for a Better Visit
Check Authenticity. For unfamiliar products, check the expiry and verify authenticity with the manufacturer; one buyer received confirmation directly from Muscle Tech.
Confirm Charges. Ask about courier fees before placing a delivery order, since one review found the extra charge problematic.
Check Hours. Confirm opening hours before travelling to the store because a review reports different timings from different sources.
Ask Expiry. If ordering online or through a marketplace, ask for the expiry date before purchase; a customer contacted the shop specifically about it.
Request Advice. If you are unsure what to buy, ask the counter team for guidance; reviews describe staff helping customers find the right product.

The Bottom Line
Muscle & Sports Trading LLC is a Deira supplement shop where customers buy protein powders, multivitamins, weight gainers and pre-workout products. Named examples in the reviews include Dymatize ISO 100 Hydrolyzed, Muscletech weight gainer, Serious Mass and Nitraflex pre-workout. The store is worth considering if you want a broad range and would rather ask staff for product guidance than choose blindly online.
Pricing is a major draw. Reviews describe reasonable rates, discounts and occasional gifts such as shakers, T-shirts and protein bars; one customer reported buying ON 5lbs for 140Aed. Delivery support also received specific praise: a wrong address was corrected through WhatsApp and the order was delivered to the new location on time.
Do check whether courier charges apply before confirming an order. There are a few practical cautions. Opening hours were described as inconsistent across the website and staff, so confirm them before setting out.
Most authenticity feedback is positive, including a Muscle Tech verification with the manufacturer, but several older reviews allege duplicate or unauthentic products. Check expiry dates and use a manufacturer verification route for unfamiliar items. The overall picture is a well-priced, selection-focused shop, but checking details before payment is sensible.
