The Good Stuff
Skilled arranging
The arrangements are a clear strength: one flower basket looked even more beautiful in person than in its pictures.
Custom bouquets
The shop makes custom bouquets, including a wedding bouquet created to match a customer’s exact vision.
Helpful guidance
Customers say the team takes time to understand preferences and offers different arrangement options before finalising the bouquet.
Delivery quality
Several online customers reported prompt or on-time delivery, with one saying the bouquet looked better than it did online.
Dried flowers
The selection includes both fresh and dried flowers, giving gift buyers an option beyond short-lived blooms.
Tips for a Better Visit
Compare options. When ordering a bouquet, ask to see different options and explain your preferences so the arrangement can be tailored closely.
Check the note. If the flowers are a gift, confirm the card wording before dispatch; one customer praised having the note written exactly as specified.
Verify delivery. For delivery orders, confirm the handoff details and follow up if needed, given a reported issue with a local courier.
Inspect extras. Check the card and any added items when the order arrives, since one review reported a spoiled card despite attractive flowers.

The Bottom Line
Mystic Flowers is a florist in Dubai Investment Park where you can choose fresh flowers, order a gift bouquet online or have an occasion arrangement made. Reviews are especially useful for anyone considering a wedding bouquet, flower basket or custom-made bouquet: customers describe careful styling, vibrant blooms and arrangements that sometimes look better in person than in the website pictures. The team is often praised for taking time to listen, explain different options and help undecided gift buyers.
The selection also includes dried flowers, while several customers mention on-time or prompt delivery. That makes the shop relevant for anniversaries, weddings and surprise gifts, not just quick walk-in purchases. Customers have also reported reasonable prices or receiving a discount, although no specific amounts are given.
There are a few service cautions. One Valentine’s order was reportedly forgotten, with no promised follow-up, and another customer received old pink roses with strawberries that smelled bad after the box was left outside. A separate review says the flowers were amazing but the card was spoiled.
For an important delivery, confirm the note, condition of any extras and handoff arrangements before dispatch. The overall feedback is strongly positive, but these isolated problems are worth keeping in mind when timing matters.
