Tips for a Better Visit
Check orders. Verify the items and prices at delivery, especially after reports of wrong items and an unpriced medicine.
Allow time. Build in extra time for WhatsApp or insurance orders; one customer reported a three-hour insurance wait.
Confirm opening. If visiting early, confirm the branch is open first rather than relying only on the posted 8:00 AM time.
Ask delivery. If you live nearby, ask whether free delivery applies to your order before arranging collection.
Inspect testers. For Instashop purchases, check that the delivered item is the product ordered, not a tester, and clarify the refund process.
Use parking. For a quick visit, the parking is reported to be directly next to the pharmacy.

The Bottom Line
Nahdi Pharmacy in Dubai Hills Estate is a convenient stop for medicines, healthcare products and pharmacist advice. Reviews point to a broad selection, including protein powder, supplements and collagen, while several customers say staff are knowledgeable when helping them choose products. Delivery is another draw: customers describe it as fast, reliable and, for nearby residents, sometimes free.
The experience is not completely consistent. One customer received the wrong items and reported an unpriced medicine and an attempted extra charge. Another said an Instashop order arrived as a tester and that a refund became disputed.
WhatsApp ordering has also been criticised for slow availability and price checks, while an insurance purchase reportedly took three hours. These are worth bearing in mind if the medication is urgent. Timing may need a little care too.
Reviews from 2024 and 2025 say the pharmacy was still closed after the posted 8:00 AM opening time, so confirm before making an early trip. Parking is reported to be right next to the pharmacy. Inside, one customer found the lighting painfully bright at night, although another described the store as neat, clean and well arranged.
For delivery, check the exact item, price and refund conditions before accepting the order.
