Thorough checks
The process includes careful section-by-section checking, with staff taking their time rather than rushing through the removal.

Follow-ups
Some customers received two follow-ups, while another reported free follow-up checks when booking treatment at the centre.
Clean setting
Customers describe the centre as clean and hygienic, adding comfort during what can otherwise be an awkward visit.
Prevention advice
Staff explain how to reduce the chance of lice returning, including practical aftercare guidance.
Tips for a Better Visit
Complete sessions. Ask about the full recommended course rather than stopping after one visit; one reviewer says a three-session package is available.
Ask follow-ups. Confirm what follow-up checks are included, as customers mention two follow-ups and free check-ups at the centre.
Consider home service. For a household treatment, ask about home service; one booking covered three children and two adults in a single visit.
Confirm timing. If booking an appointment or home visit, reconfirm the arrival time beforehand because one appointment was moved at short notice.

The Bottom Line
Neat Heads Lice Treatment in Al Qusais focuses on removing head lice and nits for children and adults. Customers describe the treatment as careful and effective, with several reporting major improvement after the first session. One parent said a severe case was thoroughly handled in about 45 minutes, while another praised the team for checking every section rather than rushing.
The centre suits families especially well. Reviews mention gentle, patient staff who helped children stay comfortable, plus clean surroundings and clear advice on preventing reinfestation. There is also an at-home service: one late-Monday booking treated a household of three children and two adults, and the reviewer found the work too detailed to replicate easily at home.
Plan around the lice life cycle rather than assuming one appointment is always enough. Customers mention two follow-ups, free follow-up checks at the centre, and a three-session package; one review also reports AED300–400 for four sittings in a severe case. The service is not necessarily the cheapest option, though some customers consider it good value.
If booking, confirm the timing in advance: one appointment was shifted by 45 minutes shortly before arrival.
