Tips for a Better Visit
Confirm timing. Get the promised delivery window and destination status process in writing, especially for Saudi-bound consignments.
Request tracking. Ask for tracking or scheduled updates so you can monitor the shipment at each stage.
Ask clearance. If your shipment needs customs work, ask how clearance will be handled; customers specifically praised the process when it was smooth and fast.

The Bottom Line
Next Move Shipping Services LLC is a freight and logistics provider in Al Qusais. Customers use it for forwarding and delivery, customs clearance, export shipments, sea imports and, in one review, product registration guidance. The strongest pattern is communication: many reviewers describe quick responses, clear follow-up and updates from pickup through delivery.
Customs clearance is a particular bright spot in the feedback. One customer called the process smooth, fast and hassle-free, while another appreciated emergency shipment clearance and delivery. A business customer also described relying on Next Move for complex sea imports from China, Taiwan, Germany, Italy and Thailand.
Reviews mention careful packing, accurate tracking and shipments arriving safely and on time. There is one important caution. A Saudi Arabia consignment was promised within 10 days but remained unconfirmed after 14 days, with the customer needing to call repeatedly for basic information.
Another reviewer criticised the attitude of two representatives. For a first booking, confirm the delivery window, ask how updates will be provided, and request tracking details. If product registration is part of your shipment, the reviews suggest the team can explain which registrations are required and guide you through the process.
