Tips for a Better Visit
Arrive early. For Jordans drops, arrive early because one review mentions a queue.
Check sizes. Confirm your size before waiting for staff to retrieve it; one shopper waited 30–35 minutes and was then told it was unavailable.
Look for deals. Check discounted single-size shoes and current promotions, as these were mentioned as ways to find better value.
Inspect collection. If collecting an online order, check the box and shoe size at the counter before leaving.
Check price tags. Compare the shelf tag with the scanned price before paying, especially on discounted items.

The Bottom Line
Nike in Deira is a practical stop for Nike footwear, apparel and accessories, especially if you want to compare a broad shoe selection in person. Reviews mention running shoes, Jordans drops, shirts and kids’ jerseys, with several shoppers also finding regular discounts and reasonable deals on single-size shoes. Service is mixed rather than uniformly reliable.
Many customers describe the staff as friendly, patient and helpful when choosing a model, and one review praises the handling of an online cancellation converted into an in-store return. However, other shoppers report waiting 30–35 minutes for a size, being told it was unavailable, or receiving poor attention. There are also complaints about cashier interactions and a price-tag dispute involving a kids’ jersey marked at 79 dhs but scanned at 89.
If you are collecting an online order, inspect the shoe size and box before leaving; one customer received a damaged box and found the collection area messy. Online delivery has also drawn criticism for delays and unclear courier updates. For Jordans drops, arriving early is sensible because queues have been reported.
The store can have strong size coverage, but it does not always carry Nike’s full range, so calling or checking availability first may save a wasted trip.
