Tips for a Better Visit
Confirm price. Before paying, reconfirm the agreed price and session length; one reviewer reported a higher card charge and a shortened 60-minute booking.
Check duration. Keep an eye on the start and finish time, given one report that a 60-minute massage ended in less than 30 minutes.
Try hot stone. If back or muscle tension is your concern, ask about hot stone massage; a reviewer found the stones warm rather than too hot.
Request pressure. Tell the therapist what pressure you need. One reviewer appreciated that pressure was adjusted without having to ask.
Consider head massage. For stress that feels concentrated in your head, a reviewer specifically recommended a head massage for relief from heaviness.
Explore four-hand. If you want a more coordinated treatment, ask about the four-hand massage, which two reviewers described as especially satisfying.

The Bottom Line
Nova Massage Spa Dubai is a Business Bay massage spa with a strong emphasis on relaxation, cleanliness and therapist skill. The reviews suggest it is especially useful for easing shoulder or general muscle tension: one therapist was praised for knowing exactly where to work, while another adjusted pressure without being asked. The atmosphere is repeatedly described as calm, quiet and respectful rather than rushed.
There is more here than a standard body massage. Customers mention hot stone massage for sore backs and muscles, four-hand massage for a more distinctive treatment, head massage for stress-related heaviness, and traditional options such as Moroccan Bath. Hot stone feedback is unusually specific: the stones were warm, not too hot, and helped relieve tension.
A review also mentions a comfortable relaxation chair, a well-temperatured shower and quality hygiene kits. One serious caution comes from a negative November 2025 review. The customer reported waiting an extra 20 minutes, being charged more than the agreed amount, receiving less than 30 minutes from a booked 60-minute session, and being refused a refund.
That account conflicts with the many positive service reviews, so confirm the treatment, total price and duration before payment.
