The Good Stuff
Fast work
Teams are repeatedly described as quick without becoming careless; one apartment was packed in less than three hours.
Unpacking help
The service can extend beyond transport: customers mention careful unpacking, positioning and quick furniture reassembly.
Punctual arrival
Several reviews specifically mention teams arriving on time or ahead of schedule, helping the moving day start smoothly.
Repeat customers
Some customers have used the company multiple times, including one household that booked its fourth move with them.
Shipment moves
Reviews cover local relocations as well as furniture collection for shipment and planned international moves.
Tips for a Better Visit
Clarify packing. Confirm what will be packed and how fragile furniture will be protected, especially valuable dining tables or similar items.
Discuss damage. Before booking, ask how damage claims and replacements are handled; one reviewer reported no resolution after a table was cracked.
Request unpacking. If you want a hands-off move, ask for unpacking and reassembly as part of the plan; both were praised in one apartment move.
Allow time. For a large villa move, allow more than a short apartment slot: one team of eight worked across a two-day move.
Ask internationally. If you are relocating abroad, confirm the shipment arrangements in advance; one customer booked the company again for an international move.

The Bottom Line
On The Move LLC is a moving service in Dubai Industrial City for apartment, townhouse, villa and office relocations. Reviews also mention furniture collection for shipment and international moves, so it is not limited to a simple local transfer. The practical appeal is a fairly hands-off process: teams pack, load, move, unpack and, in one review, reassemble furniture quickly.
Careful handling is the strongest recurring theme. Customers describe furniture being wrapped meticulously, boxes arriving in the same condition, and teams listening to instructions about where items should go. Speed comes up just as often, but several reviewers stress that the work stayed organised and careful; one apartment was packed in under three hours, while a larger villa move took two days.
Communication and punctuality are also common positives, with reviews mentioning clear coordination, on-time arrivals and helpful quoting. Repeat use is notable, including one customer’s fourth move with the company. Still, one detailed complaint reports a badly cracked dining table, poor packing and no resolution, so confirm the packing scope and damage-claim process before booking.
