Tips for a Better Visit
Specify scope. Before booking, agree exactly what “deep cleaning” covers and identify corners, cabinets, counters and window frames to avoid omissions.
Supervise work. Plan to inspect the job as it progresses; one customer advised supervising when missed areas and unsuitable tools caused problems.
Inspect together. Ask for a final joint inspection and point out snags before the team leaves; one customer says this resolved outstanding issues.
Clarify penalties. Ask for cancellation terms before confirming, since one customer disputed a 50% penalty after postponing the service.

The Bottom Line
One Deep Cleaning handles home and commercial cleaning jobs in Al Quoz, with reviews covering villa deep cleaning, two-bedroom apartment cleaning, AC duct and coil work, and office carpet shampooing. The strongest accounts describe teams that arrive early, work for most of a day, and clean everything from bedrooms and floors to balconies and AC vents. A renovated home was reportedly left spotless after a full-day deep clean, while an office carpet job removed stains without interrupting work.
The service is not completely consistent. Some customers found the results thorough and appreciated a final joint inspection, but others reported untouched corners, dusty kitchens, uncleaned cabinets and window frames, or a result they considered regular rather than deep cleaning. One review also describes a late follow-up team and another reports a dispute over a 50% cancellation penalty.
For a first booking, confirm the exact scope in writing, especially kitchen cabinets, window frames, areas behind appliances and AC-related work. If possible, stay available to show the team specific problem areas and inspect the property together before they leave. Pricing comments are generally positive, but one customer specifically reported paying AED 900 for deep cleaning, so request a clear quote and cancellation policy beforehand.
