Tips for a Better Visit
Check Fit. If your pit or shaft has unusual dimensions, ask about a custom cabin; one villa had a smaller pit on one side.
Discuss Maintenance. Before booking, ask whether on-demand servicing or a maintenance contract suits your home.
Ask Timeline. Request a project schedule in advance: one panoramic installation was completed in two months.
Compare Designs. Bring your interior plans and ask how the cabin can be matched to the house, since design coordination is a recurring theme.

The Bottom Line
Orient Lines Elevators LLC is a residential elevator specialist in International City, with reviews centred on villa and home-lift projects. You can discuss a traction type elevator, a passenger lift, or a panoramic model; one customer specifically installed a panoramic lift without an elevator pit and found it elegant and smart. The strongest recurring theme is the combination of appearance and everyday performance: reviewers mention modern cabin designs, smooth rides and lifts that blend with the surrounding space.
The company also appears comfortable with customised work. In one villa, the pit was smaller on one side, so the team custom-made the cabin to fit. Another homeowner said the lift design matched the house, while a Dubai Hills villa project was praised for its attention to detail from design through installation.
That makes the consultation stage important if your home has awkward dimensions or a particular interior style. After-sales support is another clear point in the reviews. Maintenance can be arranged on demand or through a contract, and customers describe technicians responding to issues during both installation and later maintenance.
Ask about the servicing arrangement and expected timeline before work begins; one panoramic project took two months, but no standard completion time is stated. No customer review gives a specific price, so request a project-specific quotation.
