The Good Stuff
Easy ordering
The website is repeatedly described as smooth and user-friendly for uploading photos, paying online and arranging delivery.
Home convenience
Passport, visa and document photos can be handled from home, including a newborn's passport photo delivered to the customer's door.
Helpful communication
The team uses WhatsApp to clarify sizing, resolve upload problems and share updates before finalising urgent print jobs.
Image support
One customer says the team helped improve image quality, while another received assistance after uploading the wrong crop.
Large formats
An A0 print was reported to be good quality and delivered on time, showing the service is not limited to small photos.
Creative finishing
A memory book was made by laminating old letters and binding them into a gift-ready book.
Tips for a Better Visit
Confirm timing. For urgent work, confirm the promised delivery time first; most same-day reports are positive, but one order was delayed.
Check total. Before paying, verify the final quotation because one customer reported being charged more than the initial quote.
Use WhatsApp. If the website gives trouble, contact the team on WhatsApp; one customer received instant help and a payment link.
Clarify sizing. For passport or ID photos, send the required dimensions clearly; a repeat customer found specific sizing requirements easy to communicate on WhatsApp.
Review proof. For boards, cards or presentations, ask for a visual check before finalising; one customer received videos of the materials.
Send sharp files. For important framed or large prints, check the result carefully because one customer reported blurry prints from high-resolution files.

The Bottom Line
Ozelu Online Photo Studio & Print is a useful Jumeirah Village Circle option when you want to order remotely rather than visit a shop. Customers use it for passport photos, visa photos, document printing and ordinary photo prints, with doorstep delivery often arriving the same day or within 24 hours. One urgent passport photo order placed at 4pm arrived by 6:30pm.
The ordering process is a strong point: reviewers describe the website as easy to use for uploading images and paying online, while WhatsApp support helps with sizing, cropping and payment if the website causes trouble. This is particularly handy for newborn passport or Emirates ID photos, and for people working late or caring for a baby. The service has also handled an A0 print and a handmade memory book made from laminated old letters.
Quality feedback is mostly positive, but it is not completely uniform. Several customers praised bright, high-quality prints, while one found framed photo prints no better than an office printer and another reported every print in a large order arriving blurry. One review also mentions a higher final charge than the initial quotation.
For valuable or urgent work, confirm the total, delivery time and print quality before finalising.
