Tips for a Better Visit
Confirm pricing. Confirm the quoted scope and any possible extra charges before moving day, especially if the destination has less space.
Give instructions. Be explicit about placement and packing instructions, and consider staying available during packing to check organization.
Book packing. Ask about a packing-and-unpacking package if you want the crew to set up the new home, not just transport boxes.
Allow access time. Coordinate building access in advance; the crew reportedly waited an hour for maintenance staff before finishing.
Label items. For smaller packing jobs, ask for bubble wrapping and labels; one customer used the service for a downtown Dubai request.
Ask about storage. If you need a temporary solution between homes, ask about storage alongside the move and confirm how items are handled securely.

The Bottom Line
Packndash Best Movers and Packers Dubai in Al Raffa handles apartment, house and office moves, with reviews repeatedly describing punctual crews, careful handling and quick completion. You can book packing and unpacking, furniture installation and storage; one customer also used them to bubble-wrap and label items for a downtown Dubai job. The strongest pattern is a hands-on move from start to finish.
Customers mention fragile items arriving safely, belongings placed where requested, offices packed and furniture assembled, and a one-bedroom apartment move ending with the new space clean and organized. A two-bedroom apartment was reportedly packed and unpacked in four hours without damage, while another repeat customer described two five-bedroom homes completed in a day. Pricing is described as reasonable or fair in several reviews, and one manager was praised for staying in contact about prices, timing and documentation.
The crew also reportedly waited an hour for building maintenance staff, which is useful if access arrangements become complicated. There is one serious caution: a detailed complaint alleges disorganized packing, instructions being ignored, refusal to wash hands before handling white curtains, and a demand for additional payment during a dispute. Confirm the scope, placement instructions and possible extra charges before the move, and stay available during packing if you want close oversight.
