Confirm oils. If booking aromatherapy, ask which oil will be used beforehand; one customer cancelled after coconut oil was used.
Allow buffer. Leave some flexibility around the appointment time, since reviews include reports of late arrival.
Choose pressure. Ask for deep tissue if muscle soreness is the priority; one customer said it melted the soreness away.
Book couples. For two people sharing an apartment, couples massage is a proven option with multiple satisfied reviewers.
Request setup. Expect equipment to come to your home, and confirm the clean bed and towel setup when arranging the booking.
Try Thai. Thai massage is repeatedly praised, including by a customer who booked it twice weekly and found arrivals on time.

The Bottom Line
Palm Home massage and Spa brings massage treatments to your home in Dubai, including Motor City. Reviews point to Thai massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage and couples massage as the clearest reasons to book. Customers often highlight professional therapists, targeted pressure and a setup that arrives with equipment, beds and towels.
The home format suits people who want to relax without travelling after a treatment. One customer booked a Swedish massage after work and mentioned calming music and hot oil; another found a head massage left them refreshed and clear-minded. Couples sessions also receive specific praise from partners who felt relaxed and satisfied.
There are a few practical cautions. One aromatherapy booking involved a late arrival, 15 minutes spent using Google Translate, and coconut oil that the customer did not expect, leading to cancellation. It is worth confirming the oil and treatment details in advance, and allowing a little time around the appointment.
Other reviews describe punctual arrivals, smooth booking and clean, well-prepared equipment. A customer also called the pricing reasonable, though no exact treatment prices are provided in the reviews.
