Confirm delivery. Before paying for delivery, ask about the 200 AED balloon minimum and confirm any website or refund issue in writing.
Check confetti. Confirm that confetti cans are current and usable before buying, especially if you are relying on them for an event.
Review colours. Double-check balloon colours and the finished inflation before leaving, since one customer said the inflating was rushed.
Request photos. For a custom bouquet, ask to see available balloon designs and pricing before confirming the arrangement.

The Bottom Line
Party World in Motor City is useful when you want to handle several celebration jobs in one stop. Reviews mention themed decorations, custom helium balloon arrangements, gift wrapping, candles and balloon pumps. You can choose balloons in store, have them delivered to your home, or use the on-site helium inflation service.
The balloon service is a particular strength. Staff have prepared arrangements for collection, helped load them into the car and explained how to care for them. One customer said a punctured balloon was their own fault and received immediate WhatsApp advice.
Another reported that balloons bought in December were still floating in February. The shop also has a wide spread of themes and kept children engaged while items were being chosen. There are a few practical checks worth making.
A customer was told that balloons would not be delivered for orders under 200 AED after already paying a 20aed delivery fee, which was attributed to a website technical issue. Another said balloon inflating felt rushed and resulted in buying both sets of chosen colours. A separate review reports discontinued confetti cans and a refund still outstanding after more than a month, so verify product availability and refund arrangements before relying on them for a time-sensitive party.
