Tips for a Better Visit
Ask longevity. If balloons need to last overnight, ask what treatment is used; one customer reported pressure loss by the next morning.
Arrive earlier. Do not rely on the 10pm online closing time if you need balloon filling; a customer was refused at 9.50pm.
Confirm delivery. For scheduled delivery, confirm the balloons are ready and ask how damage or delays will be communicated.
Bring-in filling. If you already bought balloons elsewhere, ask whether the shop can fill them; one customer says this was allowed.

The Bottom Line
Party World - The Springs Souk is a practical stop for birthday decorations, helium balloons and balloon arrangements in Barsha Heights. Customers describe a good selection, quick filling and staff who help shape a colour-and-design combination instead of simply pointing you towards a shelf. Football balloons and balloon bouquets are among the specifically mentioned options.
The in-store experience is the strongest part of the feedback. Reviews repeatedly describe efficient help, including a last-minute visit handled quickly, and customers say the team remains accommodating when the shop is busy. Same-day balloon delivery is also mentioned, useful when a celebration comes together at short notice.
There are a few reasons to plan rather than leave everything until the last minute. One customer reported that balloons lost pressure overnight and suspected no long-lasting treatment was used, so ask about balloon longevity if they need to hold their shape for many hours. Another reported a delivery arriving after most guests had arrived after damaged balloons were taken back without informing the customer.
50pm despite an online 10pm closing time. Prices are not stated in the supplied reviews.
