Tips for a Better Visit
Check parking. Allow for the paid parking charge if your visit runs beyond 30 minutes.
Allow time. Grooming can involve a wait, so ask about timing when booking if you need a quick collection.
Ask rescue rates. If you are bringing in a stray rescue, ask about the special rates and lower-cost treatment alternatives mentioned by a customer.
Request updates. For boarding or hospital care, confirm whether daily videos or recovery updates will be provided.
Use home visits. If transport is difficult or you have several cats, ask whether a home visit appointment is suitable.
Check registration. Ask the clinic about municipality registration; one customer received their pet’s municipality number by text the next morning.
