Custom work
Custom bouquets can be arranged to a precise brief, with customers praising the result as exactly requested.
Gift pairing
Flowers can be paired with chocolates and a personalised cake message, useful when one delivery needs to cover the whole gift.
Overseas ordering
Customers ordering from India, the Philippines and the US found the process accessible, with updates and help arranging Dubai deliveries.
Delivery updates
One overseas customer received delivery updates and photos of the completed order, adding reassurance when sending from abroad.
Plant guidance
For an orchid purchase, the salesperson also gave instructions on caring for the plant and flowers.
Special decor
The shop has handled more than bouquets: a customer said the team decorated a car beautifully at a reasonable price.
Tips for a Better Visit
Ask early. For a custom bouquet, share the occasion and exact design brief in advance; one birthday order was made exactly as requested.
Use urgent delivery. If you have forgotten an occasion, ask about urgent delivery: a morning order arrived within hours and rescued a birthday surprise.
Request photos. When ordering remotely, ask for delivery updates and an order photo so you can check the gift before it reaches the recipient.
Mix gifts. For a fuller surprise, ask about mixing flowers with chocolates or a cake and adding a personalised message.
Ask for extras. If your order includes event decor, ask whether toppers or complementary decorations can be added; one customer received them with a bouquet.
Try in-store. If you prefer choosing in person, an in-store customer had a fresh birthday bouquet prepared during the visit.

The Bottom Line
Petal Box is a Business Bay florist for people who want to order flowers quickly without giving up on presentation. Customers mention fresh roses, lilies, tulips, sunflowers and orchids, as well as custom bouquets prepared for birthdays and other occasions. The shop also handles flower boxes, chocolates and cakes, so a single order can become a complete gift rather than just a bunch of flowers.
Speed is a clear strength in the reviews. Bouquets arrived within an hour in several cases, including an urgent Sunday-night hydrangea delivery ordered from the US and a forgotten birthday order placed that morning. Customers sending from overseas also describe the process as easy, with delivery updates and even order photos.
If you are arranging something remotely, that extra visibility is useful. The service sounds flexible when the brief is specific. One customer received a bouquet exactly as requested, while another arranged a personalised cake message and mix-and-match gift.
There are also examples beyond standard bouquets, including car decoration and an orchid purchase accompanied by care instructions. Pricing is repeatedly described as affordable or reasonable, although no review gives a specific amount. For a tailored arrangement, share your colours, message and timing clearly when ordering.
