Old name is ART OF PILATES. Pilates Me is a boutique studio where mind body programs combined with scientists approach. Classes are available for men and women. For our female clients who prefer extra privacy, we provide a separate Ladies Only hall. The Pilates Me method combines the best practices in functional training, Pilates, and restorative techniques to help you achieve your health and well-being goals. We have free parking slots in the building for our clients (363,364,366 or ask security)
