Food 4

  1. Aloha Net −1
“The musakhan chicken was very delicious however Aloha which is pulled beef pizza was not so good, the beef was smelly, hope they take notice of this.”
  2. Mini potatoes Net −1
“Unfortunately i can’t even call it pizza, it’s dry , the dough very chewy and dry toppings !! And regarding the mini potatoes they were worse, they were literally smashed and dry with no sauce and it looked terrible in the box!”
  3. Montuori Net −1
“I ordered (order #6718830) two Pinzas (Pinzafied Margherita & Montuori) for a specific hour later the same day and they called me over an hour and a half before that time saying that the pizza is about to be delivered. I was not home and told them that I ordered for later, and that I will be home only by then. I asked them as well to bake a new ones as in case they keep those, they will be not fresh and warm anymore.. surprisingly they delivered me 1,5 hours later the same ones, they were not fresh and not warm enough pizzas. I had to bake them in my oven to warm up and they did not taste good anymore. Very disappointing customer experience, not ordering from Pinza ever again. By trying to save money on 2 Pinzas they lost a loyal Client.”
  4. Truffle chilly pizza Net −1
“Just god delivered a truffle chilly pizza. I got reheated in microwave delivery. You can tell by the state of dough. It was mild warm when it came, and i am 4km away. It was very good pizza before, but this is a sharp drop i quality. I will order somewhere else next time for sure.”

Tips for a Better Visit

1

Confirm size. Check the current dimensions before ordering: reviews say the former large was replaced by smaller standard or medium pizzas.

2

Try half-half. If you cannot choose one topping, use the half-and-half option to get two different pizzas in one order.

The Bottom Line

PINZA! is a takeaway-focused pizza restaurant in Jumeirah Village Circle, built around a high-hydration dough and a thin, crisp crust. The most useful things to order are the Pinzafied pizza, with fresh creamy burrata, the Truffle Goodness, or the Hangover with pepperoni, sausage, onions and jalapeños.

The half-and-half option lets you split one pizza between two toppings. The strongest reviews describe fresh cheese and toppings, a crunchy base and quick delivery, with some customers saying their pizzas arrived hot and ready to eat. The restaurant has also won repeat business from long-time customers, although that loyalty is not consistent in the more recent reviews.

Portion size and value are the main concerns. Several customers say large pizzas disappeared or became much smaller standard or medium pizzas while prices stayed similar; one reviewer paid 80 AED for a six-slice medium Hangover pizza. Delivery quality also varies, from fast and warm to cold, burnt, flipped or apparently reheated.

If you have an allergy, be especially careful: one vegan-margherita order arrived with regular cheese despite two warnings. This is better treated as a delivery or collection stop than a place for a sit-down meal, and checking the current size before ordering is sensible.
