“Ordered the Limo pizza and got the Kitkat Desert. Rest was average but the Kitkat Desert was absolutely horrendous and reflected upon poor staff skills. It was basically RAW from underneath and they drizzled BBQ SAUCE INSTEAD OF CHOCOLATE SAUCE. Absolutely and utterly ridiculous... We complained and returned the UNCOOKED DESERT and they came up with the same UNDER-DONE & BBQ SAUCE DESERT, absurd excuses and 0 KNOWLEDGE ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.”

Confirm sauces. If you want a creamy ranch swap on a BBQ order, confirm it at the counter first; one review says the request was refused.
Check desserts. Inspect a KitKat dessert before leaving, since one customer received an undercooked version with BBQ sauce instead of chocolate.
Ask about options. Ask whether a Hawaiian pizza can be prepared even if it is not listed on the menu; one diner says this was possible.
Try dine-in. Dine-in is worth considering if atmosphere matters to you: a review specifically praises the cleanliness and atmosphere for visits with family and friends.

One customer was unhappy that a BBQ order could not be changed to creamy ranch, despite having made that substitution elsewhere.
A KitKat dessert was reported as undercooked and served with BBQ sauce instead of chocolate sauce; the replacement had the same issue.
The Bottom Line
Pizza Hut in Dubai Marina is a straightforward choice for pizza, wings, pasta and sides, whether you want delivery, carry-out or a dine-in meal. The reviews are strongest on speed and freshness: customers describe hot food arriving quickly, with one calling out a crispy crust, flavourful cheese and generous toppings. There are a few specific menu notes.
Chicken ranch gets a positive mention, and one customer says the team made a Hawaiian pizza even though it was not on the menu. The Limo pizza also appears in a review, although that visit included a serious problem with the KitKat dessert. The store itself is described as neat and clean, while another diner liked the atmosphere for eating with family and friends.
Service is a major part of the Marina branch’s appeal. Multiple reviews describe the counter team as friendly, helpful and welcoming, and one customer received assistance choosing a meal. Orders were repeatedly reported as on time or ready fast, so it suits a quick meal as well as a casual sit-down visit.
There are two cautions. Confirm sauce substitutions before ordering, since a creamy ranch change on a BBQ order was refused in one review. Also check desserts before leaving: one KitKat dessert was reportedly undercooked and topped with BBQ sauce instead of chocolate.
