Tips for a Better Visit
Check repairs. After a screen repair, test the charging port, power button and fingerprint sensor before leaving, as one customer reported failures in all three areas.
Confirm accessories. For accessories, describe your exact phone or watch model and ask for product details; a review says this helped identify the right item.
Clarify remedy. Before authorising repair work, ask what happens if another component stops working afterwards, given a customer’s complaint about refused follow-up.

The Bottom Line
Playgame Mobiles is a practical stop in Deira for phone repairs, mobile accessories and handset purchases. Reviews mention quick fixes, including an iPhone 13 display replacement, a battery replacement and an iPhone repaired in about a minute. That speed is a clear draw if you have a phone issue that needs sorting without a long wait.
For shopping, customers mention covers, screen protectors, chargers and a broad accessory selection. One visitor came looking for a charger for an iPhone and watch, while another praised the choice of an iPhone 17 case and camera protector. Reviews also say the shop handles both Android and iPhone devices and that prices are reasonable or competitive, though no exact amounts are provided.
The service experience is mostly described as friendly, accommodating and professional, with several comments praising the staff’s willingness to help. There is, however, an important repair caution: two April reviews allege that screen replacement was followed by problems with the charging port, power button or fingerprint sensor, and that follow-up help was refused. If you use the repair service, test those functions before leaving and clarify the remedy for any post-repair issue.
For accessories, explain your exact device model and check the item before paying.
