The Good Stuff
Clear explanations
The treatment process is explained step by step, with time given to answer questions before procedures begin.
Digital scanning
A customer found the scanning process fast and comfortable, with the treatment plan shown on a large screen.
Welcoming clinic
Reviews describe the clinic and support team as friendly, clean, modern and well organised.
Fast access
Same-day appointments may be available; one customer called at 5pm on a Saturday and was seen that day.
Flexible treatment
One customer extended the planned aligner course to pursue an even better result, with the clinic continuing the treatment.
Tips for a Better Visit
Confirm availability. Call shortly before travelling to confirm the doctor and appointment are still available, especially if coming from another emirate.
Ask for extras. Ask what is included before committing: one reported package covered pre-, during- and post-alignment care.
Check parking. If RTA parking is unavailable, look for the payable parking beneath the building.
Ask about payment. If paying upfront is difficult, ask whether a payment plan is available before treatment begins.
Discuss timing. Ask how long your course may take and what happens if it runs over schedule; one treatment took slightly longer than planned.

The Bottom Line
Proalign Smile Shop is a Business Bay dental clinic with a clear focus on teeth alignment through clear aligners. Reviews describe consultations where the plan and each step are explained carefully, plus digital scanning that one customer found fast and comfortable. It is worth considering if you want a guided orthodontic process rather than a rushed handover.
The strongest pattern is attentive treatment. Customers report smooth Invisalign and aligner journeys, close progress monitoring, and results delivered within the expected duration; one reviewer also said their biting issue and tooth alignment were fixed. The clinic is repeatedly described as clean, modern and well organised, with a welcoming support team.
There are useful practical extras: reviews mention teeth cleaning, whitening and wisdom-teeth removal alongside alignment. Same-day appointments may sometimes be available—even a Saturday 5pm call produced one—but confirm availability before travelling. Parking can be payable beneath the building if RTA parking is unavailable, and a review mentions payment plans.
The record is not spotless. Two recent reviews describe poor organisation and communication, including arriving after being told a doctor would be present when the doctor was off; another says the aligners were not top quality. Ask who will see you, what is included, and how follow-up works before committing.
