Prof. Dr. Ahmed Hassn

Dr Ahmed Hassn is a highly qualified UK trained General & Laparoscopic Surgeon with 21 years+ of experience in advanced surgical care, minimally invasive surgery, & weight loss procedures. He completed his basic surgical training in Cairo in 1994 & moved to the United Kingdom for higher specialist training, where he obtained a Master’s degree in Surgery and completed his specialist training in 2001. During his time in the UK, he earned a Doctorate in Surgery, Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, & a Diploma in Laparoscopic Surgery from Louis Pasteur University, France. In December 2004, Dr Ahmed invented a new weight loss surgery technique. The long term results were published in the Obesity Surgery Journal in 2016.
