Prof. Heyman Luckraz

Prof Heyman Luckraz is a UK-trained Cardiothoracic Surgeon with 30 years of experience, specialising in coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), aortic, mitral, and tricuspid valves surgery (including infective endocarditis), myxoma surgery, aortic surgery & atrial fibrillation ablation surgery with a special interest in minimal access surgery. He also has comprehensive experience with Transcatheter Aortic & Mitral Valve Implantation (TAVI/TAVR/TMVI). In addition, he performs thoracic procedures e.g. lung resection/pneumothorax/empyema/mediastinum & chest wall surgery via Keyhole surgery – Video Assisted Thoracoscopy (VATS). Dr Luckraz graduated with honours from the University of London. He is currently the Adjunct Clinical Professor at GMU
