Tips for a Better Visit
Clarify design. Ask for a clear recommendation for your window before ordering, especially if industry terms are unfamiliar.
Request samples. Ask for an at-home fabric presentation: customers report seeing catalogues and samples during the measuring visit.
Compare quotes. If your project is costly, compare vendors first; one customer found this company’s quote the most competitive after researching several.
Confirm timing. Ask about the expected turnaround before placing the order; reviews mention both same-day work and 48-hour installation.
Check cleanup. Confirm installation cleanup if that matters to you; customers specifically noticed installers cleaning after drilling.
Explore options. For large windows or sliding doors, ask whether roller, cellular, cordless or motorized solutions suit the space.

The Bottom Line
This International City curtain supplier and maker is geared towards made-to-measure window treatments rather than a quick off-the-shelf purchase. Customers describe home measuring visits, fabric presentations and installation for curtains, blinds and large window areas. Roller blinds, cordless cellular shades and motorized solar roller shades all appear in the reviews, including a project covering six large windows and sliding doors.
The strongest pattern is a smooth, hands-on process. Reviewers mention broad fabric choices, help matching colours to sofas and carpets, clear communication, competitive quoting and quick turnaround. Reported examples range from same-day apartment installation to fitting within 48 hours.
Installation is often described as careful and tidy, with reviewers noting minimal mess or cleanup after drilling. There is one useful caution. A repeat customer disliked the final curtain arrangement and felt the terminology had not been explained clearly enough, so ask for a specific recommendation for each window before approving the order.
If the project is expensive, compare quotes; one customer researched several vendors before choosing this company. The business is also mentioned for curtain dry cleaning and for creative solutions to curtain-tape problems, so it may be worth asking about those services when discussing your order.
