The Bottom Line
Proscape LLC is a landscape architect in Business Bay that appears most relevant for larger landscaping projects rather than a simple retail visit. Reviews describe it as a one-stop solution for landscape works and mention landscape-and-irrigation contracting, so it may suit clients planning coordinated outdoor work. Artificial grass installation is also mentioned, although one customer said a whole-building backyard request was refused, making it worth checking the project scope first.
The office itself receives some practical praise. Reviews describe friendly staff, good office interiors, and a clean, welcoming place, while another calls it easy to access. Older listings identify the office as Building 3, 6th Floor, but that detail should be confirmed before travelling.
One visitor found the operation manager polite and supportive, although reception feedback is not uniformly positive. This is a company with plenty of favourable comments about its landscaping expertise, quality, and professional standards, but the negative reviews matter if you are dealing with it commercially. One business reviewer reported delayed payments and a long-overdue cheque.
Another mentioned late daily buses, no response, and accommodation problems. Those latter points appear work-related rather than typical customer-visit concerns, but they reinforce the value of confirming arrangements, contacts, scope, and payment timing in advance.
