Tips for a Better Visit
Confirm Details. Before paying, confirm exactly what the class includes and what the instructor will teach; one customer lost a lesson after receiving incorrect information.
Check Validity. For multi-class packages, check the validity period and ask whether reminders are sent before expiry; one package had a 60-day validity period.
Try First. Ask whether a trial is available, especially for swimming; one customer booked a trial and paid easily through a link.
Request Options. If standard availability does not fit, ask about a private arrangement; a vegan cooking class was created for one visitor’s dates.
Ask About Rebooking. If illness may affect your plans, check the rebooking policy before booking; one family was able to rebook for free after getting sick.

The Bottom Line
Pursueit is a learning centre and booking platform in Dubai Internet City, useful when you want to compare activities rather than search for academies one by one. The reviews cover swimming classes, cycling sessions, badminton, tennis, football and creative workshops, so it suits both children and adults trying something new. Swimming and cycling are the clearest strengths in the feedback.
Adult beginners describe learning to ride confidently within two sessions, while swimming customers praise patient explanations, personalised feedback and support for overcoming fear of water. Families also mention kid-friendly baking, summer camp, tennis and badminton enrolment. Booking is usually described as smooth, with fast answers through the website, WhatsApp or support links.
Customers also report help with preferred timings, trial sessions and occasional private arrangements, such as a vegan cooking class created around one visitor’s dates. Some reviewers mention better prices than competitors, though no specific amounts are provided. The main caution is to confirm the exact class format, instructor arrangements and package validity before paying.
Reviews describe a candle workshop that did not match its advertised expectation, a sneaker session that became a painting class, and a swimming package expiring before three paid classes were used. Get those details in writing, especially for multi-session bookings.
