Specify cargo. Tell the team what you are loading, especially if it involves steel coils or machine offloading, so the right equipment can be arranged.
Confirm logistics. Ask for both delivery and pickup timing when booking; one customer found both quick and hassle free.
Ask about repair. If your forklift needs more than rental, ask about repair and backup support; reviewers mention both as part of the service.
Check safety. For cargo-sensitive work, confirm the safe operating approach, as customers specifically mention safety and avoiding damage to goods.

The Bottom Line
Qadri Transport is a practical industrial supplier for forklift rental, forklift repair and related lifting work in Dubai Industrial City. Customers describe using its forklifts for general projects, machine loading and offloading, and steel-coil handling. The company also appears in reviews for mobile crane hiring and rental crane work, so it may be worth asking about the lifting equipment your job actually needs rather than booking a generic machine.
The strongest pattern is operational reliability. Reviews mention quick forklift delivery and pickup, timely responses, professional operators and safe work execution. One long-term customer says the company has handled their work for more than fifteen years, while another specifically credits the team with avoiding damage to goods.
Staff are also praised for helping choose suitable equipment and providing immediate backup when forklift issues arise. Rates are described as reasonable, competitive, affordable and cost effective, although no customer gives a specific amount. When you enquire, explain the cargo and loading conditions clearly—steel coils and machine offloading are explicitly mentioned—then confirm delivery, pickup and repair arrangements.
The supplied business information also lists diesel-operated forklift rental, operator supply and cargo pickup around the UAE, but the reviews provide the clearest evidence for forklift rental, repair and lifting support.
