1

2

Try Keşkek. Consider the lamb keşkek: it was the main highlight for one birthday dinner and also stood out in the Anatolian Experience.

The Bottom Line

Rüya Dubai is a contemporary Anatolian restaurant in Palm Jumeirah, set on the third floor of The St. Regis. It suits a celebratory dinner, business lunch or polished date night, with indoor and poolside terrace seating; outdoor tables can bring views towards the Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa.

The menu has enough range for sharing or a set-menu introduction. Reviews specifically point to the sea bass, lamb keşkek, truffle börek and Anatolian Experience. Mezze, grilled kebabs, pide, seafood and desserts also appear in the feedback, while signature cocktails are a draw for drinks before or alongside dinner.

An Iftar review praised the bread, mezze, mains, pastries and tea as a complete experience. Service is a major part of the appeal: reviewers describe attentive recommendations, thoughtful birthday and anniversary gestures, and careful allergy accommodations. The setting is elegant, with music and a large terrace by the pool; one early reviewer found the music too loud for conversation.

This is not a bargain stop for everyone. One business-lunch guest called the food basic for the price and objected to a 25 AED Pepsi; another reported 800 AED for two. Smart-casual dress fits the room.

If views matter, request the terrace when booking, and note that one reviewer found the börek soggy and the kunafa and baklava overly syrupy.
