Coaches are described as patient, encouraging and respectful while still expecting commitment and discipline.
Quality facilities
Reviews mention impressive infrastructure, good-quality equipment and both indoor and outdoor training areas.
Helpful administration
Several parents found the registration, scheduling and payment support clear, welcoming and reliable.
Young beginners
Parents say coaches handle younger children well, including four- and five-year-olds joining classes or camps.
Small groups

Tips for a Better Visit
Confirm progression. Before enrolling, ask how players advance between levels; one parent reported no clear progression after a full academic year.
Check fees. Request the current fee structure in writing, especially if transferring from a previous academy arrangement.
Allow time. Build extra time into pickup and drop-off plans because one review mentions traffic chaos around the facilities.
Check team size. Ask how many players are currently assigned to the group so you know whether sessions may be combined with another level.
Inspect facilities. If booking indoor sessions, ask about the current condition of the covered pitch; a past review reported flooding and lingering dampness.

The Bottom Line
Real Madrid Foundation EFP Dubai is a youth football academy and sports school in Dubai Sports City, serving boys and girls aged 4–17. Children can join regular football training, seasonal summer or spring camps, and match-focused programmes. Reviews most often point to coaches who keep sessions encouraging while helping children build skills, confidence, discipline and teamwork.
The experience seems especially appealing for younger players: parents describe four- and five-year-olds enjoying classes and becoming more confident. Several reviews also mention good-quality equipment, indoor and outdoor training spaces, and administration that helps with registration and scheduling. Seasonal camps can work well for children who are visiting Dubai or trying the academy before committing to a term.
There are practical and consistency-related cautions. One parent reported a steep fee increase after the move from LaLiga to Real Madrid, while others questioned how clearly players progress between levels. Communication has also been uneven in some accounts, and one review described a training group of only five players being combined with a lower level.
Allow extra time for pickup and drop-off because traffic has been described as chaotic. Since reviews span both LaLiga and Real Madrid periods, ask about current fees, group size, level placement and progression before enrolling.
