A breakfast visitor considered the pricing high for the location, while another felt quality helped justify it.

The Bottom Line

Riina's Kitchen & Bakery is a Mediterranean-inspired café and bakery in Barsha Heights, with an all-day breakfast and lunch menu. Breakfast is the main draw in the reviews: diners mention Turkish labneh and eggs, Eggs & Chorizo, pancakes with raspberry jam and generous portions. Coffee, protein shakes and baked goods also feature strongly, especially the almond croissant and butter croissants.

The setting is a big part of the appeal. There is indoor and outdoor seating, while tables near the end of the restaurant look through the windows towards the lake and trees. Reviewers describe the atmosphere as cosy and welcoming, with enough flexibility for family time, casual brunch or working.

Parking is another practical plus, with one customer reporting two free hours when parking is validated. There are a few caveats. One visit found service slow, and another mentioned dusty tables, gum under a chair and generally low maintenance.

Pricing was also described as high for the location. Coffee feedback is mostly positive but not universal, so breakfast may be the safer first order if you are visiting for the food. For dessert, the Um Ali received an especially strong recommendation, while the goats cheese brûlée and mushroom flatbread are other named standouts.
