I started meditation 15 years ago and this helped me gain confidence, tackle differently work and personal life situations. How? by first working on myself, my fears and my doubts, to be a better person and set the example for my children. I truly believe that we are all connected , that the work we do on our self will liberate many in the same situation.That the power of taking consciousness will allow our soul to be on a higher vibration. My sole wish is to help taking of consciousness for a better tomorrow , a better world for my children and future generations. A world where we collaborate for a greater purpose. Where we can liberate ourselves from our own fears first and open up to energies that nourish our soul.
