Tips for a Better Visit
Bring The Code. Bring your vehicle’s paint code when possible; one customer used R93 for an uncommon Iguazu Metallic Blue match.
Request A Sample. If the colour is urgent or difficult, ask for a sample before committing; a customer had one prepared immediately.
Allow Time. Build in extra time for the invoice and order handover, since multiple reviews mention unexplained or repeated delays.
Ask In Person. For time-sensitive questions, contact the shop directly rather than relying only on WhatsApp, which one reviewer said received no response.

The Bottom Line
Shaji Paints Al Quoz Branch is a practical stop for automotive paint, colour matching and painting accessories. You can bring a vehicle paint code, request a custom mix, or ask for supplies such as brushes. Reviews suggest the strongest reason to visit is difficult colour work: one customer’s uncommon Iguazu Metallic Blue, code R93, was mixed on the spot and matched their car well.
The shop also uses computer paint mixing and carries different paint brands and types. Customers mention automotive paints, motorbike paint and samples prepared for urgent jobs, while other reviews describe the products as good quality and the prices as reasonable. 50 for 250 ml of paint plus five brushes, though that is a past customer example rather than a current price.
Allow extra time for administration. Recent feedback says invoices can take a long time even after the order is ready, and another customer found the order wait confusing because staff did not explain the delay. There is also a complaint about no WhatsApp response, so in-person communication may be more dependable for a time-sensitive request.
Overall, it suits drivers, garages and DIY customers who need a specific shade rather than an off-the-shelf tin.
