The Bottom Line
Shifting Spot Movers is a moving and packing company in Al Qusais for apartment, house and longer-distance relocations. Customers describe using it for Dubai-to-Sharjah and Dubai-to-Abu Dhabi moves, as well as local home shifting. The core service covers packing, loading, transport and unpacking, with careful handling of furniture and household belongings.
The reviews are especially useful for understanding the hands-on side of the service. Teams have packed kitchenware, wrapped fragile items in bubble wrap, used scratch-proof furniture wrap and reassembled furniture at the destination. Some customers also mention furniture assembly, picture and curtain hanging, and requested handyman services.
Confirm those extras when booking, since at least one reviewer described additional jobs as outside the usual scope. Timing is a consistent strength in the feedback. A four-person crew completed packing and loading for a 1BHK Dubai-to-Abu Dhabi move in two hours, while another team handled a three-bedroom townhouse move and had the new apartment set up before the end of the day.
For a larger relocation, one customer said the move lasted around 12 hours but the crew worked throughout without complaint. Pricing is described as reasonable or budget-friendly, but no specific amounts are provided. Ask what the quote includes, particularly unpacking, assembly and any extra handyman work.
