Tips for a Better Visit
Request Reports. Ask whether your job includes a pre-work inspection report and a follow-up report, especially for technical repairs.
Allow Buffer. Build in a little schedule flexibility for AC servicing: one otherwise positive review mentioned the team was slightly late.
Clarify Scope. Confirm the work brief and booking time before arrival, since one customer reported both an unclear scope and missed scheduling.
Plan Visits. For leakage-related wall repairs, allow for more than one visit; a reviewer said the damage required multiple visits to fully fix.
Ask Warranty. If you are booking renovation or apartment work, ask whether a guarantee is included, as one customer specifically valued having one.

The Bottom Line
Simply Care Technical Services LLC handles property maintenance for homes and apartments, with particularly strong review coverage for AC work, painting and larger repair or renovation jobs. You can book AC deep cleaning or duct cleaning, apartment painting, wall repair, bathroom renovation and other practical maintenance work under one roof. The AC service stands out for its process as much as its result.
Reviews mention technicians covering furniture, leaving rooms spotless, explaining the work and sending reports with before-and-after photos. Customers also reported noticeably fresher air and improved cooling. Painting feedback highlights careful wall preparation, limewash technique and clean finishing; one move-out job restored a one-bedroom apartment without damage.
For larger projects, a villa renovation was completed on time while keeping dust to a minimum, and another apartment was handed over in six days. Communication is often praised, including quick replies, progress updates and detailed coordination. Still, one review reported poor management-to-team communication, missed booking times and unresolved issues, while another AC visit was slightly late.
Confirm the scope, timing, reports and any guarantee before work begins. No customer-reported service prices are stated clearly enough here to treat as a current price guide.
