   “I ordered a shawarma, but it was below average as the chicken tasted like it was made with garam masala, which is not typical for shawarma.”

2. Appam Net −1

   “Since I couldn’t eat it, I ordered appam with mixed vegetable curry. Unfortunately, the curry did not have any vegetables apart from peas (mutter). This was quite disappointing.”

3. Charcoal chicken Net −1

   “I ordered charcoal chicken and it got delivered to me in BURNT condition, not just burnt but they removed the top layer to hide the burnt portion on one side. Upon calling they replaced it after 2 hours.”

4. Chicken leg meal Net −1

   “The chicken leg meal smelled raw, and when I complained, the manager was rude and dismissive instead of resolving the issue professionally and said, “Only you have a problem, no other customers complained.””

5. Chicken noodle soup Net −1

   “Extremely disappointed. The portion of chicken noodle soup was ridiculously small, and the bowl looked more like a sample cup than a proper serving.”

   “It contained smallest piece of omelette I had in my life, no chammanthi even though they said it was supposed to be there, small portion of fish chilly curry without any sign of any fish, the weirdest thorny fish fry which I couldn't even take a bite, with little sambar ,Thoran and papad costing me AED 18 for pickup.”

   “The food has been good overall, but we noticed a peculiar smell in the fried rice that was not very pleasant.”

    “I clearly asked the staff that the mussels are fresh or not , he told me yes it is fresh from the market, I am having allergies to frozen seafood , now I have to go for the medical attention . I tasted it is frozen which normally get from any super market .”

    “Spoiled my lunch after I bought a pothichor today. It contained smallest piece of omelette I had in my life, no chammanthi even though they said it was supposed to be there, small portion of fish chilly curry without any sign of any fish, the weirdest thorny fish fry which I couldn't even take a bite, with little sambar ,Thoran and papad costing me AED 18 for pickup. He said the reason as the current situation which I can understand. But everything was really substandard and tasteless and the real worth was less than AED 10. Don't mind the number of items being less, but at least it should have the character of a pothichor.”

    “I ordered 1 Shawarma Plate and 1 Shawarma Roll, and while placing my order I clearly mentioned that I wanted my food hot and fresh. The staff confirmed and accepted my request. However, after waiting for almost 50–55 minutes, my order arrived completely cold.”
