Check delivery. Count every cable and material at drop-off; one order was short two cables and was completed only on Monday at 12:30 PM.
Inspect rolls. Check cable-roll seals and company details before accepting delivery because one report described opened, rewrapped rolls.
Ask warranty. When comparing lighting options, ask which products carry a warranty; customers specifically mention warranty on the lighting range.
Confirm stock. For an urgent requirement, check availability in advance; a long-term customer says the business supports emergency needs.
Request guidance. If you are unsure what to buy, use the sales team for product guidance; reviews describe staff as knowledgeable and helpful.

The Bottom Line
Smart Sense Supplies is an electrical wholesaler in Al Garhoud suited to trade, maintenance and project purchasing. Reviews describe a broad stock of electrical materials, with LED lighting, downlights, cables, accessories and even items such as ladders and floor boxes mentioned by customers. That range makes it useful when one order needs several kinds of site material.
Lighting is one of the clearest strengths in the feedback. Customers mention LED and Diafree lights, waterproof fittings and downlights, while several reviews say the products come with a warranty. RR cables and Ducab wires also receive a specific recommendation for quality and quick delivery, rather than just general praise.
The sales team is often described as cooperative, knowledgeable and quick to respond, especially when helping customers choose materials or prepare quotations. Delivery is commonly reported as fast or on time, with one customer saying an order reached site the next day. Prices are repeatedly described as reasonable or competitive.
There is one important delivery caution. A recent review reported two missing cables, delayed follow-through and cable rolls arriving in opened packaging without company details. Count the materials and inspect packaging at handover, particularly for larger cable orders.
