The Bottom Line
Smoke Souq is an online vape marketplace based in Bur Dubai, with UAE doorstep delivery. Reviews make it useful for shoppers who want a broad choice of vaping and shisha-related products while still paying attention to authenticity: one customer found the Tugboat Strawberry Mango 4500 Puff when it was out of stock elsewhere, while another praised the Adalya flavours. The catalogue also includes pod systems, accessories and other vape products.
Customers mention an easy website, WhatsApp or phone ordering, online payment and quick delivery. Several say orders arrived the same day or faster than expected, and delivery representatives are described as polite, professional and communicative. The team is also credited with quick replies and resolving issues within the day.
Authenticity is a standout theme. A long-time user who had received fakes elsewhere said Smoke Souq’s Tugboat stock tasted and performed like the original. Other reviews say items matched the website or advertisement, arrived well packed and offered fair or reasonable value.
Checking here for a hard-to-find product may be worthwhile when genuine stock matters. There is one practical caution: delivery was not always consistent. One customer paid 25 derhams extra for same-day delivery, received three changing time estimates and got the order the next day.
Another asked several times for a payment link without getting one. Confirm timing and payment details before placing an urgent order.
