Tips for a Better Visit
Confirm Pricing. Get the final price in writing before collection; one customer saw the phone quote change on WhatsApp.
Confirm Timing. For urgent orders, confirm the delivery window and any express fee in writing before handing over clothes.
Ask About Fabrics. Ask how wool, viscose or other delicate fabrics will be handled, as reviews report shrinkage on those items.
Use Wash Fold. Travellers can ask for wash-and-fold by kilos; one family received colours and whites washed separately and neatly packed.
Request Updates. For pickup and delivery, ask for driver notifications; a holiday customer received short texts at both stages.
Allow Time. Do not rely on an urgent promise without reconfirming it: one agreed 12–1 PM delivery arrived at 3:30 PM.

The Bottom Line
Soapy Splash Laundry LLC is a laundry service in Dubai Industrial City for everyday washing, dry cleaning and collection-and-delivery orders. Customers have used it for wash and fold by kilos, suit dry cleaning, curtain cleaning, and shoe or carpet cleaning. The strongest pattern is good finish quality: clothes often return fresh and neatly folded, while several reviewers say shoes, carpets, curtains and even a heavily soiled duvet came back looking markedly better.
Pickup and delivery can be genuinely convenient. A family travelling with children had laundry collected and returned through a resort or concierge, with colours and whites separated, while another customer dropped off a suit at 9:30 PM and collected it the next morning around 8:30 AM. Staff responsiveness and communication are also common positives.
There is an important reliability caveat for urgent work. Reviews include late deliveries, missed agreed time windows and a case where the phone price differed from the later WhatsApp quote. Another customer reported express surcharges of 200 AED for 12 hours or 100 AED for 24 hours.
Confirm the final price, turnaround and any rush fee in writing before collection. Be especially cautious with wool, viscose and other delicate fabrics: two customers reported serious shrinkage. For routine laundry, curtains, shoes or carpets, the feedback is considerably more encouraging.
