Tips for a Better Visit
Specify Scope. When booking an apartment deep clean, ask whether drains and the tops of kitchen units are included rather than assuming a standard clean covers them.
Request Stainwork. If stains are your main concern, mention them when booking; reviews specifically describe successful work on sofas, carpets and house surfaces.
Clarify Windows. For villa or balcony work, confirm whether you need outside windows, internal windows or both, since customers have booked each type.
Consider Move-In. A move-in deep clean may suit an empty villa or apartment better than a routine clean, with reviews noting detailed work throughout the property.
Confirm Extras. If you have additional tasks, raise them before or during the booking; one review says the team accommodated extra work.
Check Completion. For a large villa clean, ask for a final walkthrough or confirmation that you are happy with the result; one team checked this before leaving.

The Bottom Line
Spot ’N Shine is a deep-cleaning service for homes and some commercial spaces, serving Damac Hills and other Dubai communities. You can book a full apartment or villa clean, target a kitchen and floors, or arrange specialist work such as Sofa Deep Cleaning and carpet treatment. The reviews are most useful for showing how far beyond routine housekeeping the jobs can go: one two-bedroom apartment clean included drains and the tops of kitchen units, while a villa kitchen was tackled for built-up grease around the cooking area.
Specialist cleaning is a clear strength. Customers mention sofas, carpets, curtains, balcony floors and windows, including both exterior and internal glass. One review says hard stains were removed, and another describes a previously neglected apartment receiving a fresh new glow.
Curtain and sofa work was also reported to leave no mess behind. Before booking, spell out the areas and problems you want addressed. Ask whether drains, cabinet interiors, exterior windows or extra tasks are included, because these details vary by job.
Reviews also describe teams arriving early, finishing on time and working without supervision, though there is no customer-reported pricing here, so request a quote for your exact property and scope.
