Tips for a Better Visit
Check stock. Ask about availability before travelling; one customer usually found what they needed without preordering.
Allow time. Build extra time into your visit, since one review reports a long purchasing wait.
Inspect channels. If buying channel material, check the quality at collection because one review reported a decline.
Ask requirements. For an unusual specification, explain it clearly and ask whether they can match it at a suitable price.
Confirm facilities. Do not rely on visitor washrooms being available; one Al Quoz review says they were locked.

The Bottom Line
SRR Building Material Trading LLC is a building materials supplier in Al Quoz with a broad, practical range for construction and fit-out work. Reviews mention hardware, Jotun paints, gypsum boards and partition materials, while another lists wood cutting, dry wall systems and metal profiles. That makes it useful when you want to source several parts of a job from one shop rather than chase separate suppliers.
Paint buyers can ask about Jotun interior and exterior mixes, as well as epoxy paints for metals. Gypsum partition materials are reported as competitively priced, and a long-term trade customer says orders arrived accurately and on time. Reviews also describe staff helping with unusual requirements and, in one case, returning purchased items.
The experience is not entirely consistent. Several customers mention unprofessional or uncooperative behaviour, and one recent review says channel quality had become very low. Another reports a long wait at purchase, so allow some time if you are collecting materials.
Stock is often available without preordering, but checking first is still sensible for a specific item. Visitor washrooms were reported locked in one Al Quoz review.
