The Bottom Line
STALWART SOLUTIONS LLC is a pest-control service in Al Quoz that also takes on the less glamorous jobs buildings and villas regularly need. You can book pest control, AC duct cleaning, water tank cleaning and annual AC maintenance. Reviews are strongest around the cleaning work: customers describe punctual, organised teams that protect furniture, clean thoroughly and explain the process.
AC duct cleaning often comes with useful checks rather than a crew simply disappearing into the ceiling. Customers mention before-and-after photos, cleaner air, better cooling and careful treatment of grills, hoods, diffusers and filters. Water tank work is also used across villas, apartments and larger buildings, including RCC and GRP tanks; reviewers mention sanitising, PPE, documentation and leaving the area tidy.
There are two cautions. One customer reported a very messy silicone finish that affected a brand-new home, while another booked for noon and said the team arrived at 15:00 after several unanswered contacts. Confirm the arrival window, preparation requirements and whether occupants need to leave before work starts.
Also protect furniture from dust during brush cleaning.
