Ask delivery. If you need materials at a site, ask about delivery; reviews mention deliveries regardless of order size and on-time arrival.
Request guidance. Bring your project requirements and ask for an explanation of product differences; customers found the staff useful for choosing materials.

The Bottom Line
Star Crafters is a building materials supplier in Majan that suits both DIY shoppers and working maintenance or construction teams. Reviews describe a useful spread of tools, paints, plumbing and electrical supplies, with enough range that customers can often complete a project in one stop. The shop is also noted for knowledgeable staff who explain products and help match materials to a job.
The most concrete example is a rainy-season construction purchase: one customer sourced tarpaulins, PU foam, protective sheets and leak-repair tapes together for site protection. Other reviews mention paint brushes, electric and plumbing materials, sanitaryware, fitting tools and professional equipment. Delivery is another strong point, with repeat trade customers reporting on-time service and availability even for smaller orders.
Pricing is repeatedly described as competitive, close to wholesale or suitable for bulk buying, although no specific amounts are provided. Parking directly outside the store is a practical advantage when collecting heavy or awkward materials. If you need a particular item, check stock first: one reviewer described the range as medium and said an out-of-stock product had to be sourced.
There is also one negative account alleging unanswered landline calls and a long wait for assistance, so phone follow-up may be worth confirming before relying on it.
