The Bottom Line
Sultan Key Lock & Phone Repair is a practical Al Karama stop for key work and small electronics repairs. The clearest strength is speed: reviewers describe duplicate keys being made within 20 seconds, while another says a car key was duplicated and programmed in just a few minutes. That makes it worth considering for routine home, office or car-key jobs where a quick turnaround matters.
It is not limited to locksmithing. Customers mention phone repairs, including a complex charging-port issue fixed while the customer waited, as well as watch repair. The watch service gets unusually specific praise for careful work and advice on looking after wristwatches.
Mobile accessories are also mentioned, though the reviews give less detail about the range. Pricing is commonly described as reasonable, affordable or good value, but there is one important caution. A customer reported paying 250 AED for car-key programming that did not work and said the shop would not refund the payment.
If you need vehicle programming, test the key before leaving and confirm the outcome and refund terms in advance. For simpler duplication, the reviews suggest a fast, friendly experience with polite staff.
